I bought a frozen T-Bone steak for 20 RMB from outlet near the school. Upon arriving in my apartment, I simmered such yummy piece of meat, and added a little soy sauce while the water was bubbling. A few minutes later, my lunch was ready. --ARV

Two Months Here in Nanjing
I have been here in Nanjing for two months already. These days, I am happier because I have met a support group of fellow Filipinos last week, and we now meet every Friday night for Bible Study. Also, we go to church (Nanjing International Christian Fellowship) every Sunday morning. --ARV

A Hearty Lunch
I bought a big clam (amongst the other clams there, this is just a medium-sized one) in the nearby market that cost 3 RMB (20.10 PHP). Then I chopped it into small pieces, and cooked it with soy sauce, vetsin, and garlic. What a hearty lunch I had, rice topped with clam bits. -- ARV
