Welcoming Visitors to the City of Friendship

After the flag raising ceremony at City Hall last December 3, 2012, City Mayor Vicente “Dongkoy” Y. Emano and Vice Mayor Caesar Ian E. Acenas (right)  posed for a picture with visitors from the Brgy.
